Completely different atmosphere but in both stories, the main girl has a secret she doesn't want anyone to find out but the main guy discovers it and they become friends and lovers after a while. Furthermore, the girls in both have a little brother that becomes fond of the guy.
Furthermore, the comedy has an important role in both stories, mainly in Horimiya, but still :)
