While the two series have some surface level similarities (MC forced into another world with powers with their life at stake), Darwin's Game takes place in the real world whereas 100man is mostly an isekai. That being said, I think these two series are very similar in the fact that they take mediocre, overdone concepts and present them at face value before developing into stories that diverge significantly from what you'd expect. Both also get noticeably darker from where they start.
