It's about a girl cross-dressing as a guy in order to play the sport she loves. Both have fathers pushing their athletic dreams onto their daughters. But Nononono is a lot darker from what I can tell up to the 18th chapter. Power!! Is more happy and go lucky but they both have pretty good comedy. Both of the girls in these two mangas have romantic feelings for guys who think they're guys like them.
Girl power! These sports anime are amazing inspirations and fun to watch. I love when girls rise to the top even in a "guy's world". Nononono is focused on snowboarding. A girl's brother dies so she takes his place, acts like a guy, and tries to make it the Olympics as her brother but some struggles arise. Power!! is about a girl basketball star whose dad forces her into a male school and to play for the team. These girls have to show what they got in a man's world.
