Almost the same thing (if you disregard the selling your life thing), but longer. Takes you through the life of the charecters up until that point, rather than just starting off from when they are in college.
Both Oyasumi Punpun and 3days of happiness really give a life lesson that can really be engraved within us. Both really help question us about... our happiness. They both help us explore the elegant side of life that we aren't seeing.
