While the love relationship between the two main couples are different, the overall theme is the same. Stupid girl in the F class gets more than she bargained for when she happens to be stuck living in the house of the most popular guy in the A class. Both series are filled with hilarious situations that just leave you wanting more.
Similarities - both the girl and the guy are forced to live together, smart guy and not so smart girl, very sweet manga :)
Differences - I really like Itazura na Kiss and Koi Nanka Hajimaranai because they are so different! I had read Itazura na Kiss first. The guy was mean and not expressive of his love for the girl, so it is nice to see the guy be very nice to the girl in Koi Nanka Hajimaranai.
