Both Devils Line and Tokyo ghoul focus largely on having a race that looks human but transforms and feed off of humans. The main differences in the races in each manga are (minor spoiler) in Tokyo Ghoul the Ghouls' only food source is human flesh (and coffee) where as in Devils Line a Devil eats human food and can live an ok-ish life without human blood but their issue is not having control of their blood lust and lose control of their senses and transform at the sight/smell of it.
