Honey and Clover is a Josei/Romance/Comedy/Drama story about College Life. While H&C's story is essentially different than Ouran's (and much more realistic) the general feel of H&C is very similar to Ouran.
Unlike many shoujos, the main plot of H&C is developed on the friendships (as well as romance) and relationships of all the characters as a group. You will have a feeling of 'I really want these characters never to separate and be friends forever'. And like Ouran, the characters are unique and you will never forget them.
