Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!

Both are comedies that start off with the girl's confession being confused for something else by the guy. Both are 4 panel manga and are light-hearted and easy to read. There isn't really a plot, only school setting comedy and very slight romance. Both series are sure to make you laugh at each page.
The characters aren't terribly similar, although the dynamic between Tomo and Junichirou reminds me of Hori and Kashima from GSNK somewhat. Still, they're all very likeable and entertaining.

If you're into comedy and pure obliviousness then this is for you. A love story where there's no romance at all. Worth a read!
-Protagonist confesses to the guy he likes but the guy misunderstands.
-Protagonist do the best they can to get the guy to notice their feelings/like her, but the guy is completely oblivious.
-Less focused on romance, more focused on comedy.
-Similar comedy style and characters dynamic.
-4-koma manga.

They have a similar humor to them
fast paced with a lot of jokes as well as a lot of "will they won't they" romantic moments that much more often than not end up being "they won't"
Protagonist in both is a girl with a crush on her closest friend
If you like Tomo chan you will definitely like Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki kun (which is also an anime)
If you are in the mood for a fun romcom in highschool with a lot of rejection then either one of these is perfect for you.
