Hybrid Child are dolls created and grow by the love of the owner. The dolls learn to feel and act according to their own will. The story behind the creation of Hybrid Child is related to the doll maker past.
Ze is similar in that sense whereby in Ze, there are Kami-sama (human like dolls created from paper) created by the puppet master who will protect the owner at any cause. Kami-sama has emotions and will of their own. The creation of Kami-sama also plays a part in the past of the puppet master.

Dolls and love. So same with these stories and how it all comes together. Both have a special kind of feel in them and making them memorable.
In Ze, there are Kami-samas which are doll made from paper and they have a strong relationship with their Kotodama-owners. Kami-samas heal their kotodamas after they get hurt from using their own power.. In Hybrid Child, there are dolls which can grow with the love they get from their owners. Both manga has a very good storyline, these are really original plots.. I think Ze has a better art, too ^-^ If you like one then i think you like other.
