-Firstly, both are historical mangas based on people that really existed.
-Both Main Characters have sisters.
-Both Main Characters are androgynous.
-Both mangas have something to do with religion.
-Both mangas are supernatural and have a dark plot.
-Both Main Characters are in some way separated from their sisters.
-Both Main Chafracters are good with sword.
Personally, I find these two mangas very similar.
If you read Cantarella, you should definitely consider reading Le Chevalier D'Eon or vice versa.
