Both stories began with the same concept: A poor boy is brought the palace to become the princess double. But while Kyoumen no Silhouette is a comedy, Shounen Oujo is a serious work picturing what it seems to be a really deep world.
But there is just one chapter released of Kyoumen no Silhouette, so we might need to wait for more.
