Both are a loosely based on an old fantasy book for children, since the Alice In Wonderland is an anthology the artstyle is very varied, but there's a couple of artists that are oriented towards shoujo, which Ozu No Kakashi Tsukai happens to be, besides, they are both an easy read with a side of comedy, some romance, magic elements, couple of more serious moments, so they have a similar feeling.
