both have the main character going "On and Off" at home. Absolutely hilarious except kare kano seems to be a more calm romance manga while switch girl is exciting and funny/romance manga :P

Kare Kano tends to be more serious and delves more into the psychological aspect, while Switch Girl is more focused on comedy.
