Both are exciting novels that deal with solving mysteries and discussing the supernatural (more so with Ghost Hunt) in an almost episodic manner. Yet at the same time there is also a deeper underlying plot that runs through the novels regarding the past of the lead male protagonists. Both keep you enthralled while reading, if you liked one I would recommend checking out the other.
Both are spooky and broody mystery and suspense thrillers that deal in unusual cases and the characters solving them and also nice art and character designs to look at.
