They are both shoujo mangas about girls with harsh tounges, but pure hearts, who just can't get along with others.
Then they met somebody and their life start to change.
(But Kimi wa Girlfriend is a typical shoujo and Akuma to Love Song is more untypical and deep one.
And in Akuma lo Love Song the protagonist is the honest one, but in Kimi wa Girlfrient the heroine just can't be honest with her own feelings.)
