When I read Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru I was reminded of Fuuka. There is a fair amount of drama in both series, and they share many similarities.
Both have female leads who live to sing and who love music, and both contain lead males who experience painful things and they use music to move through it. The feel is very similar to me but the stories are pretty different as well. I really enjoyed them both.
both are romance and music themed series that both are pretty reliant on drama for storytelling and the aspirations and dreams of the band members as well.
