Forcing Herself to Smile does this with general misunderstandings happening constantly, Pseudo Harem does this with a literal pseudo harem.
The majority similarity the two have is how short they are with about 4 pages per chapter, both in the same genre. Would take either of the two for a quick read. Though Pseudo Harem has progression in the relationship compared to Forcing Herself to Smile.
