They are very similar. Both of them are about arranged marriages. Both of the main characters are figuring out who are their respective fiances. But unlike Nao in ZC, Kajika (HS) have already been informed that she would have three fiances to choose from beforehand. Aside from that, in both series, all of the probable fiances have taken a liking to the protagonist which would make both of the mangas a reverse harem. Kajika and Nao also have the same personalities too (Although I find Kajika a lot smarter than Nao ._.)
