Both shows feature a "buddy cop" duo as their main characters, with a serious, dutyful guy and an extrovert, silly guy. The backstories and the chemistry between them is very similar too. Also, they are each part of a small, controversial group subordinate to the government.
For diffrences, in Tiger & Bunny the "heroes" are celebrities, while the "Marginal Service" is a secret organisation. Also, the Marginal Service features normal humans fighting supernatural creatures while Tiger & Bunny has only human characters with super powers.
