Both shows parody other anime series. They're both random, high-paced and very funny.
both animes have very little story lines in them...............in fact i dont thik bobobo-bo-bo-bobo has any storyline.......but none the less they both have the best comedy gags i have ever had bthe plesure of watching. if you like suden jokes or gags that last for a few episodes or are done as a flashback ect ect ect.....then watch either of these.
you wont regret it ^^
they both have that kind of humour that makes you fall out your chair laughing although the comedy in gintama is more mature and vulgar they are both hilarious.
gintama is ongoing so they will have more episodes coming out unlike bo bo bobobob.

They're both very funny in a random/stupid kind of way, half of the time neither of them make much sense and they both sometimes contain things from other anime/manga.
