Similar to how CCA takes place after movies, FnL takes place after the main story (movies, not the show) and deals with antagonists from their respective nations that are said to be powerful with ambitious intentions to change the world and society for better that pits the protagonists once again to stop them.

CCA and R3 are unfortunately similar in more ways then one migth think. It's a basic requirement that you've already watched 3 recap movies minimum, they both attempt to rethread old ground and settle scores plus character threads that had in both cases been seemingly ended a literal decade ago.
Both films relie on what amounts to a cash-grab awe factor premise and neither of them succeeds in out preforming their predecessors, instead just covering the same thematic routes while introducing a whole slue of new characters to be expendable and perform the functions the old cast already did.
