Junjou Romantica would also be a good recommendation, too. If you love yaoi and yuri, you should definitely watch all 4 animes; Maria-sama ga Miteru, Strawberry Panic, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Junjou Romantica. They all revolve around 3-4 couples. Anyway.
- Both anime's couples have a dominating spouse
- Both anime's couples have a somewhat sexual relationship.
- Both anime's couples have a spouse protecting the other.
There's so much more, but no way can I list all of them. The only difference is the gender, Strawberry Panic has women, and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi has men. And the age difference, too...however these two animes have a similarity no doubt.
