The same situation where the Mc's were force to cross-dress even tought they are upright straights. However, since they got in such mountain of debt, they have no choice, the difference, one is a full 26 anime while the other one is a 4 minute omake.
The same plot where it involves the MC character who has incur a lot of debt and has to pay it off by being the club's underling, except the MC character involve in one anime was a girl dress as a boy, while in the other anime it is boy dress as a girl.

Himegoto is a sadistic gender bend of OHSHC. They're both relatively cute shows.
Genderbend. HS Host Club and Himegoto both mix up with gender allocates which make for an interesting anime to watch. In which, both stories have the same initiation where a group of individuals somewhat control the life of their victim in a way that doesn't benefit them at all.
You may find yourself thinking "wtf" with Himegoto or "uhm ok…" with HS Host Club. They aren't your everyday type of anime and do feel like a hidden title at times.
Both are good comedies but Himegoto is much more questionable than HS Host Club and viewer discretion is probably advised with Himegoto.
