As over the top JoJo's has always been, Baki is stereotypical JoJo's x10... except for the fact that JoJo's got better with every season.
Early JoJo's at it's core was cartoonishly muscular and masculine men fighting in the most absurd scenarios. Over the top moments meant to shock and confuse the viewer over having any actual substance of a plot... and that is what made it so special. Similar to Baki, which makes it no secret that the "plot" is just an excuse for the buff superhumans to beat each other like crazy.
So why should you watch JoJo's if Baki is more JoJo's than JoJo's?
