The similarities in comedy points and jokes are uncanny. Both involve many jokes of being jealous and misunderstanding when interact with their love interest.
Although Machine-Doll wa Kizutsukanai have rather lewder jokes while Baka to Test jokes are a lot more tame.
In addition both anime have the same main voice cast for the characters interaction, made it felt similar vibe.
