Hajime no Ippo

Both anime have preety simmilar "From zero to hero" feel, and bullied, hard-working type main character.
Furthermore they were both made by Madhouse Studios, however Hajime no Ippo is way better animated, but yet Beck has better soundtrack.
Well, check by yourself and hope you like them.
A nice guy working his way to the top in his discipline by hard training, including setbacks.
Both could be great series, if the protagonist was not similarly annoying: A guy who always wants to be nice to everybody and plays the doormat for everyone...
These series contain cool side characters though.
