The MCs are similar in their situations. They even have a few things overlapping in the plot that are very similar.
They're also both overpowered MCs that hide their power
1) Both have main characters that are OP
2) Both have main characters have secret identities of being normal and a powerful being
3) Both have side characters that are way to into what he does and says. They go along and pull him into their antics, or vice versa
4) Both have an "evil syndicate" that is in the background that both characters just happened to make up and is real. They are now forced to fight that group.

To me, "Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!" is all about MC being a hidden overpowered. It's constantly setting it up so MC seems like a nothing only to surprise everyone rinse and repeat. Nothing much else stood out (maybe the action scenes did).
"Jitsu wa Ore, Saikyou deshita?" does the exact same thing in terms of hidden overpowered rinse and repeat so if that's what you want, this has it.
