They are both relaxing supernatural anime that revolve around the daily lives of characters and spirits. Flying Witch has a light-hearted feel with a focus on families lives and friendships along with magic, witches, and spirits while Mushishi (Mushi-Shi) is an atmospheric anime that involves a man lives to encounter spirits. If you like anime that are calm enough, then both of these should be good.
