Both series have "good yakuza" as a main character and the events are slice of life.
Both have a Yakuza member as main character and both are warm and light hearted
Gokushufudou is about a yakuza guy quitting the organisation to become a house husband.It has a comic ish art style and multiple little episodes in one episode.
Yakuzas guide to babysitting is about the yakuza member who is tasked by his boss to babysit his daughter its also quite warm however it has a bit of action.
Both have comedy and pretty funny scenes
