Similarities:
Both animes have a character that constantly tries to mess with the other character
Both have one character constantly messing with the other to the point of being harassment but the other character doesn't actually mind it and things turn more of wholesome.
Koikimo is a bit creepy with the guy being an office worker and the girl being a high school girl but it's enjoyable if you can get past the age difference.
Nagatoro sometimes makes you think am I watching hentai or what?
