Both stories tell a beautiful story that includes worlds where magic and magical creatures exist with a comforting way. You will find the same emotions and feelings while watching Elaina's adventures that you feel while watching Frieren and Fern's.

well both of the protagonist are witch with white hair who goes to the journey to find themselves or something like that
both are fantasy world and their world is kinda similar
the atmosphere of both show villages and people are so similar
