In both of the animes, the main characters' dream is to travel around the world in order to learn about their culture and meeting new people. They both leave their nest and goes on a long journey with no end
I consider both similar due to them having the similar concept of an intellectual, marvelous, and powerful individual traveling the entire world for the sake of discovery. Them meeting new peoples along the way as their character gets developed and slowly established. Overall, these series are well-balanced both in lighthearted and melancholic aspects. If you're searching for a dramatic series that isn't too intense when it comes to its painful features yet can still bring the same grievous sensation as the other standard drama series, then feel free to check these out!
