Shiki is a slow burn anime series that builds tension with its mystery and suspense until all the storylines reach their climax. Blood: The Last Vampire is a very short anime movie, but it is still able to create and build up tension, which makes the action sequences better. Their approach to horror might be different, but you won't regret the experience.
