I Byeol-e Pil-yohan

Both animes portray a determined protagonist who has some kind of connection to something in the sky, or beyond it. They fall in love and go through experiences that are different from what we usually see in romance animes. I don't think I Byeil-e has an anime that is even remotely similar, I've never seen anything like it, but I believe that those who like it could really enjoy the films from CoMix Wave Films. The main couple's journey has a similar emotion, at least that's what I felt watching it.
"Lost in Starlight"'s story concept is the same as "Weathering With You", told in a more mature way. Lost in Starlight is less supernatural, traded for more speculative sci-fi of the type you'll see in "Interstellar".
Lost in Starlight and Weathering With You share a similar art style and rain imagery.
