There's a weird superpower that makes the world look amazing via the power of underwater magic. The ones with this power are partnered with one another to make an unforgettable adventure (more true in Tenki no Ko).
Basically a grand time out with some teens messing around with the water. It's good enough, has decent drama and decent supernatural elements to it. Let's not forget aesthetics too. Everyone loves that. And that's the only reason to watch *both* if nothing else.
