Similarities:
Kokkuku -
1. Stops time for everyone except a select few.
2.two groups of people (one family the other you could say is type of a gang in a way, more a religious group, but they still use gang-like violence to get what they want.)
3.Stops time to save people.
Tokyo Revengers -
1.Travels back and forth in time.
2. Gangs and violence
3. Uses the time-traveling to save people.
They differ in many ways, but I think both have some subtle comedy in them that make them enjoyable to watch. Tokyo Revengers does have more action than Kokkoku, but in either show you get to see some fighting and blood
