Hina is a psychic living with yakuza Nitta, Maquia is an Iorph being the guardian for Ariel.
Both are interesting anime with Hinamatsuri being a well-made comedy s.o.l, whilst Promised Flower is a great dramatic fantasy with awesome visuals.
