Two shoujo slice of life's with an older brother taking care of his younger siblings after their parents pass away. Throughout the series, they overcome the grief in losing their parents in a few instances but mainly have wholesome moments together as family getting on with their new lifestyles.
Main difference would be that Hayato in Yuzuki-san Chi is a 23/24yo teacher looking after his 3 younger brothers meanwhile Kashima in Gakuen Babysitters is a freshman highschool student looking after his younger brother.

These two anime series center on brothers who have lost both of their parents. Both of these anime kept me around because of the brothers' close bond and intense affection for one another.
