In my opinion, there is a lot in common with these two series far away. Both speak about a tower that can grant a desire.
Druaga no Tou like to be darker than Kami no Tou, but both are similar.
I think that both are good series if you like a little mystery, action, and romance. I enjoyed both a lot, and I think that if you have free times, it can be a good choice
