One Punch Man, Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru Recommendations
Both follow a very similar plot: the hero is OP. There is even a fairly similar villain in the anime, though I do have to say I feel that both are kind of mainstream in terms of how far anime goes. If you enjoyed one of these anime, you'll probably enjoy the other one.
- Both have an overpowered main character
- Both use comedy and secondary characters to drive the story
- One Punch Man wants a challenging fight and the comedy comes from how he can’t get it from even the strongest villains
- Yuusha does not want a close fight so he overtrains like no tomorrow, the comedy comes from just how overtrained he is
Both main characters are overpowered. Each episode has the same gimmick with a setting, except OPM has a way better plot and less annoying cast. However give this one a shot. I pretty much laughed during nearly every episode because of my bad taste.
Both have overpowered characters that are fighting to save a world. Neither of their true intentions are completely explained. They never show very much emotion, but the anime is full of humor.
They both have overpowered heroes and they go around fighting villains the entire show.
Both protagonists are super powerful, but there's a key difference and that is, Saitama knows he will one and Seiya even though knowing that he'll win prepares for 10 moves ahead
