Although they are different in many ways (for one, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro isn't "yuri"), they are alike by how one of the main characters (Maria & Neuro) are both insane and have a sadistic personality; there's also the fact of the other main characters in it, who are forced to become their "slaves" (Yoko & Kananko). Also, the other characters in both of these animes are constantly easily decieved.
I think that wathcing Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro will remind you strongly of Maria and Kananko from Maria†Holic.
