The main character of Cardfight!! Vanguard is Aichi Sendou whereas for Dragon Drive, it is Reiji. If you like one of them, you would be liking the other.
It is mainly about battles and the virtual world which turns real. Cardfight!! Vanguard primarily uses card to the virtual world which is called 'cray' but Dragon drive has your entire body to the virtual world which is called 'D-Zone' and from there the adventure will begin.
