People that like Bleach and also like (mild) Shounen Ai, might also like Monochrome Factor! There are a lot of things similar! The main character is a young boy that can see things that others can't, and he has to transform to fight them. Also, Bleach & Monochrome Factor have both funny scenes & fighting scenes.

Monochrome Factor and Bleach may not seem to be similar at first. However, both involve a group of friends, who use their non-human-like powers to defeat evil (in Bleach, they would be hallows, in Monochrome Factor, kokuchi). Both the main characters become extremely powerful as they progress farther into the series and fight their enemies. Also, both protagonists seem to fight to protect their friends.

It both shares characters who are able to see things others may not be able to witness and both also share a lot of action and some dashes of romance here in there and the mc as well is something of a nobody type but has to fight something much bigger than themselves later on as time goes by.
