They are both quite alike:
The protagonist is a badass dude who has accidentally encountered the heroine while she was bathing initially leading to a comprising situation, he’s also enrolled to attend a school full of females and is the sole male dragon powered individual within the story. Both series are also harems that have some light comedy intertwined with a focus on action, fantasy, and romance elements.
These two anime are overall incredibly similar as they share a lot of themes in common that create significant resemblance between them.
