Both shows seem generic (albeit slightly edgy) at first, but then the ending comes along, and it blows the rest of the show out of the water (in a bad way).
Additionally, both shows are considered the absolute nadir of both their respective genre (harem for School Days, Panty fighter for Master of Martial Hearts), and both are absolutely despised by many people who have had the misfortune of seeing them. Chances are that those who enjoy one will enjoy the other.
