For the simple comparison in terms of doing an "overpowered" character right.
In terms of entertainment, the cast of characters, supporting or main, world and the building of the said world, and story progression, yeah it pretty entertaining.
Both MC are very similar. They both are OP as hell, but don't seem intimidating until they get serious.

I feel like when One Punch Man parodies other shounen anime, Seven Deadly Sins is the type of show they are parodying. But even at its worst, One Punch Man does the style better on every level.
