They're not very alike (only the tags) actually but for me, both anime affects you the same way. Literally. Terror in Resonance just has more action.
Death Parade and Zankyou no Terror both have a psychological aspect. Though some might say that Death Parade is a stronger anime in terms of psychology, i think that Zankyou no Terror is worthy enough to rival Death Parade; not only as a psychological anime, but also as a mystery and thriller anime.
Into the mind. Terror in Resonance and Death Parade both have a varying plot but one thing similar about the two is the psychological warfare individuals play with each other to get into the mind of another.
ZnT is more shallow on the matter in that whilst there are mind games at play, it is not so much as that there are active actions of trying to get in the minds of others, other than the police questioning why Sphinx acts like so. DP is more active on the matter in that contestants play a game with one another in hopes of having what is perceived
