I can't really put my finger on it, but I just thought both of them were so incredibly fun and exciting, they both just have very good action and very fun and interesting characters, and I think the general tone in both of them feels kinda similar.
Jormungand is slightly more serious and action heavy while Baccano! is a little lighter and a little more comedic but both of them still have very good very serious moments and very good slightly less serious moments and also very good weirdly cute moments.
