When i watch Arakawa it totally reminds me of Seto no Hanayome, it gives me the same feeling. It has the same humor and both Anime have to do with Water and a Boy whos together with the Girl through an accident where the Girl saved the Boy. The only difference is that the Boy in Seto no Hanayome must marry the Girl and in Arakawa he shall just be her Boyfriend.
Normal guy meets unusual girl and he has to be her lover in to pay his debt. The girls both swim. Also, both girls are constantly protected by people so that the guys have to fight for them. The series also have a similar sense of random humor.

Both Arakawa and Seto no Hanayome have a great amount of comedy that does not fall flat. If you liked the random and hilarious comedy in Arakawa under the bridge, you'll be sure to enjoy Seto no Hanayome.

In both anime we have a guy who was initially forced to be in a relationship with a girl, but after a while he starts to fall for her.. also genres are similar - comedy/romance.

Romantic anime with extremely similar style of comedy. Seto no Hanayome's humor isn't as nonsensical, has a greater emphasis on romance, and has a proper ending. I prefer Seto over Arakwa, because the ending is paramount. Arakawa's humor can be so over the top at times that you start to tire of it.
