Hoozuki no Reitetsu and Kuma Miko are two anime that are similar in some aspects. For one, the two have two mini-arcs in each episode that involve comedic characters.
There also isn't really much plot and the series are like sitcoms. Both series are extremely light-hearted. The series are shows that you wouldn't seriously try to think too much about.
